1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://truewaysconf.com (the “Website“) and your participation in the BGaming True Ways online conference and any related events, content, materials, and services made available through the Website (collectively, the “Service“).

The Website and the Service are operated by Stable Games Ltd, a company registered in Malta with registered address at 206, Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta VLT 1451, Malta, licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under a B2B Critical Gaming Supply Licence (Licence Number: MGA/B2B/785/2020) and trading as BGaming (“BGaming“, “we“, “us“, or “our“).

By accessing the Website, registering for the conference, or otherwise using the Service, you (“you“, “your“, or the “User“) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access the Website or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may only register for and attend the conference, and use the Service, if:

(a) you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;

(b) you are a professional working in, or with a legitimate professional interest in, the iGaming industry;

(d) your use of the Service is not prohibited by applicable laws or regulations in your country of residence or location.

The Service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) audiences only. It is not directed at consumers, players, or members of the general public.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Application and Confirmation

Participation in the conference is by application only. After you submit a registration form, our team will review your information and, if accepted, send a confirmation email (typically within three business days). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any application, to limit the number of participants, or to revoke access at any time without obligation to provide reasons.

3.2 Account Security

If the Service provides you with login credentials, you are responsible for:

(a) keeping your username, password, and any access links confidential;

(b) all activity that occurs under your account; and

You must not share your account, credentials, or invitation links with any third party. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to keep your registration details accurate and up to date. We may verify the information you provide and may decline or cancel registrations where information appears false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. The Conference and Content

4.1 Nature of the Event

The conference is an online event featuring presentations, panels, video sessions, written materials, and other content (“Conference Content“) provided by BGaming and by third-party speakers and contributors. Schedules, speakers, agendas, and content may change without notice.

4.2 Free Participation

Participation in the conference is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees, tiers, or paid features for future editions or additional services, which would be communicated in advance.

4.3 On-Demand Access

Where presentations and video sessions are made available on demand after the event, access may be subject to additional conditions, time limits, or availability windows determined by us.

4.4 No Professional Advice

Conference Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, technical, investment, gaming-compliance, or other professional advice. You should not rely on Conference Content as the sole basis for any business decision and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

4.5 Third-Party Views

Views, opinions, statements, case studies, and figures expressed by speakers, panellists, and other contributors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of BGaming. We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any Conference Content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content on the Website and within the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio, presentations, slide decks, downloadable assets, software, design elements, and the overall look and feel — is owned by BGaming, its affiliates, its licensors, or its contributors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“BGaming“, “True Ways Conf“, the BGaming logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of BGaming and/or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

5.2 Limited Licence to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and view the Website and Conference Content for your own internal professional and informational purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

(a) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, or publicly perform any Conference Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by us;

(b) record, screen-capture, screen-share, livestream, retransmit, or otherwise capture any live session, except as expressly permitted by us in writing;

(d) remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

(e) use any Conference Content for commercial purposes, including resale, sublicensing, or training of machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models;

(f) use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, harvesters) to access, collect, or copy content from the Website or the Service; or

(g) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software made available through the Service.

5.4 Feedback

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or proposals to us about the Service (“Feedback“), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit such Feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

6. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

(a) use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, including gambling, gaming, advertising, marketing, anti-money-laundering, and export-control laws;

(b) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

(c) upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;

(d) introduce viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code;

(e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users‘ accounts, or any servers, networks, or systems connected to the Service;

(f) interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, flooding, or spamming;

(g) collect or harvest personal data of other users, speakers, or attendees, including names, email addresses, or images, for marketing, recruiting, or any other unauthorised purpose;

(h) use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications or sales pitches to other participants, speakers, or BGaming staff; or

(i) engage in any conduct that, in our reasonable opinion, restricts or inhibits any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Service or that may expose us or other users to liability or harm.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful conduct to competent authorities.

7. Recording and Use of Your Image

By participating in any live or interactive session, you acknowledge that the session may be recorded by us. If you appear on camera, speak, ask questions in chat or audio, or otherwise contribute, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable licence to record, reproduce, edit, distribute, transmit, publish, and otherwise use your image, voice, name, title, employer, likeness, and contributions, in any media now known or later developed, in connection with the Service, the conference, on-demand archives, and our marketing and promotional activities.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you should keep your camera and microphone off and avoid contributing to chats or live sessions. Where you submit a question or comment, you confirm that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or breach any confidentiality obligations you may owe.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website and the Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, and services (for example, video-conferencing tools, social media platforms, analytics providers, and speakers‘ organisations). Such third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. The presence of a link or integration does not imply endorsement.

9. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

By ticking the marketing-communications option during registration, you consent to receive emails about the True Ways conference and related BGaming activities. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@bgaming.com.

10. Availability and Changes

10.1 Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available, but we do not guarantee that the Website or the conference will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Changes to the Service

We may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue all or any part of the Service, including the date, format, agenda, speakers, or content of the conference. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, postponement, or discontinuation.

(a) the Website and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available“, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or quiet enjoyment;

(b) we do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that any defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; and

(c) no advice or information obtained by you from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) in no event will BGaming, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and

(b) our aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BGaming, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your breach of these Terms;

(b) your misuse of the Service or Conference Content;

(d) your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice and at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have breached these Terms, if your continued access creates a risk to us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting info@bgaming.com, subject to our rights and obligations to retain certain information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, government action, strikes, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service provider failures.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is posted on the Website. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or by a notice on the Website) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree that the courts of Malta will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without your consent.

Language. These Terms are made available in English and may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
