Marina Ostrovtsova is the Chief Executive Officer at beyond game provider BGaming.
Marina began her iGaming career at SoftSwiss in 2014, where she held various responsibilities in account, product, and project management for four years. In 2018, Marina transitioned to the BGaming studio as an Executive Director. With four years of dedicated work, Marina’s unconventional leadership style and visionary approach earned her the position of CEO in 2022. Her leadership abilities marked a turning point for BGaming, leading the company to a new phase of development, commercial success, and a compelling brand image.
I grew up in Stockholm and have been obsessed with games for as long as I can remember. After studying civil engineering in industrial economy with a focus on computer science at Linköping University, I joined Kindred Group through their management trainee program before moving into product development at Push Gaming as a Product Owner.
Today I’m the CEO and co-founder of Print Studios, where we focus on creating games with strong identities, memorable gameplay and lasting player engagement. My philosophy centers around building ambitious teams, maintaining creative freedom and making products that genuinely surprise people.
Igor Bondarenko is a Product and Publishing professional with extensive experience in the iGaming industry. He specializes in game publishing, portfolio strategy, product operations, and third-party studio partnerships.
Currently working on publishing initiatives at BGaming, Igor focuses on building scalable publishing infrastructure and helping external studios launch casino content globally. His work includes platform strategy, launch evaluation frameworks, game performance forecasting, and distribution processes.
Before joining BGaming, he worked at Playtika on major social casino titles including Bingo Blitz and Solitaire Grand Harvest.
His interests include innovative game mechanics, publishing ecosystems, and data-driven product strategy.
Leonardo Benites is the CEO of Propane, a leading marketing agency specialized in the Brazilian iGaming industry, and one of the sector’s most recognized voices. Combining expertise in marketing, customer experience, and commercial strategy, he helps operators achieve sustainable growth through data-driven marketing and deep knowledge of Brazilian player behavior.
He also serves as Deputy Director at the ANJL, actively contributing to the development of a regulated and sustainable gaming market in Brazil. A frequent international speaker, Leonardo is known for connecting marketing, regulation, and business growth in one of the world’s most dynamic betting markets.
I have worked for Stake since 2020, starting in the social media department. After we launched third party slots content in October of that year, I moved into Casino Operations and managed the stake.com casino vertical for two and a half years. Since then, I’ve worked with our many slots and live dealer providers to ensure we maximise their content’s potential with not just stake.com, but stake.us and our regulated markets as well. This includes exclusive content, as well as other games that our data suggests connects well with our wide range of players.
Mike Danshin is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of 1w Crypto, the Web3 division of the global iGaming brand 1w. In this role, Mike leads the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing crypto influencer campaigns, media buying, and all initiatives aimed at scaling the brand internationally.
With over nine years of experience across betting, social gambling, and online casinos, Mike brings a deep understanding of both traditional iGaming and Web3 projects. His expertise spans traffic acquisition, conversion funnel optimization, and building scalable marketing strategies for both Web2 and Web3 casino platforms.
Currently, Mike focuses on positioning 1w as a leading global crypto casino brand by integrating marketing, product ecosystems, and Web3 technologies into cohesive growth strategies. He is committed to making crypto adoption in iGaming sustainable, measurable, and transparent, while leveraging both traditional and innovative marketing channels to attract and retain players.
