When you register for the conference, create an account, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Service, you may provide us with:

- Professional information: company name, job title, position, professional role in the iGaming industry, LinkedIn profile or other professional links;
- Account credentials: username and password used to log in to the Website;
- Application information: any details you provide in your registration form, including reasons for attending or areas of interest;
- Speaker information: if you apply or are invited to speak, your biography, photograph, presentation materials, and other content you submit;
- Communications: the content of emails, messages, questions, and other correspondence you send to us or share during sessions (including chat messages, questions submitted during Q&A, audio, and video where applicable);
- Marketing preferences: your consent to receive marketing communications and your preferences regarding such communications; and
- Feedback and survey responses: information you provide when completing surveys, polls, or feedback forms.

When you access the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

5. Recordings and Use of Your Image
If you participate in any live session, you should be aware that sessions may be recorded. If you appear on camera, speak, or contribute to chats or Q&A, your image, voice, name, employer, job title, and contributions may be captured in these recordings.
Recordings may be:
- made available on demand to other registered attendees after the event;
- edited and used in highlight reels, promotional materials, and marketing communications; and
- shared on BGaming’s website, social media channels, and other platforms.
If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, please keep your camera and microphone off and refrain from contributing to chats during live sessions. You may also contact us at info@bgaming.comto request that your contributions be removed from recordings, subject to technical feasibility.
6. Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:
6.1 Within Our Group
Our affiliates and group companies, where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and subject to appropriate safeguards.
6.2 Service Providers
Third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf under written contracts containing GDPR-compliant data-processing terms, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, our website hosting and CDN providers);
- Email and communications platforms (for sending confirmation, transactional, and marketing emails);
- Webinar, video-conferencing, and streaming platforms (for hosting live and on-demand sessions);

6.3 Speakers and Partners
Where appropriate, we may share limited registration information (such as aggregate attendance data) with speakers, sponsors, or content partners. We will not share your individual contact details with sponsors for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6.4 Legal and Regulatory Recipients
We may disclose personal data to courts, regulators (including the Malta Gaming Authority), law enforcement, government bodies, and other authorities where required by law, court order, or legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
6.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, insolvency, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor or acquirer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
7. International Transfers
We are based in Malta (European Union). Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA“), including in countries that have not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we put in place appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
- Adequacy decisions where the destination country has been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection; and

10. Data Retention

- Conference participation and engagement data: typically up to 3 years after the event, for analytics, reporting, and on-demand access purposes;
- Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent or object to processing, plus a short suppression-list retention to honour your opt-out;
- Recordings and Conference Content: indefinitely, where these form part of our editorial archives and promotional materials, unless you object and we determine that your objection outweighs our legitimate interests;
- Communications and correspondence: typically up to 3 years from the date of the communication;
- Legal, regulatory, and accounting records: for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 10 years under Maltese law); and
- Backups: residual copies may persist in secure backups for a limited additional period in accordance with our backup-retention schedule.
When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction, including:
- access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions;

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
12. Children’s Data
The Service is intended for iGaming professionals aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. 13. Third-Party Links and Social Media
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms (including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
14. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. We may use limited analytics and segmentation to tailor communications and improve the Service, but these activities do not have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
